3. Refunds for Optional Services

If you add Shipping Protection or a Tip during checkout and later decide that you no longer want the service, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that optional service.

A refund request may be submitted even if the related merchandise order has already been dispatched.

If Shipping Protection or a Tip was selected accidentally during checkout, you may also request reimbursement of the applicable voluntary charge.

Once approved, the refund will apply only to the optional service amount being requested and will be processed accordingly.
